There are also many safety management experts who insist that the guidelines must be detailed and complete. Even if they spend more time on drills, they must not miss any key link. After all, emergency scenarios can be a thousand miles away from each other, and one less reminder may cost a life.

In the past two years, everyone has actually been slowly finding a balance. Many units no longer produce thick tome guides, but instead refine the core steps into palm-sized pocket cards, with key operations highlighted in red and bold, or even make a 15-second short video with a QR code printed and posted in the operation room. After all, this thing is essentially like an emergency toolbox in the trunk of your car. It is usually left gathering dust and no one cares. When it is really needed, ease of use and usability are the only criteria.
