How to treat testicular effusion

1. No treatment is required. When newborns have testicular hydrocele, it often subsides spontaneously before the age of 2, so treatment is not urgent. If it does not subside after the age of 2, there are many cases that can be cured by the age of four or five. If the disease still does not heal after the age of six, a puncture is performed to extract the fluid. Most of the symptoms no longer occur after liposuction.

2. Injection treatment: Inject irritating drugs such as siliconin, sodium fish oil, etc. into the intrathecal cavity after withdrawing the fluid to cause inflammatory adhesion to resolve the intrathecal cavity. This method reflects a large reaction, incomplete adhesion, and produces multilocular hydrocele. This brings more difficulties to surgical treatment. Fewer applications.

3. Surgical treatment of congenital hydrocele cannot be treated by the above two methods, and surgical treatment is the main method.
