Why does leucorrhea turn into watery discharge

Water discharge of leucorrhea may be related to physiological or pathological factors. Common causes include increased secretions during ovulation, bacterial vaginosis, trichomonal vaginitis, cervicitis, hydrosalpinx, etc. If it is accompanied by symptoms such as odor, itching or abdominal pain, it is recommended to seek medical examination in time.

1. Increased secretions during ovulation

3. Trichomonas vaginitis

5. Hydrosalpinx

When the fallopian tubes accumulate water due to inflammation or endometriosis, they may intermittently discharge a large amount of clear fluid, which is often accompanied by lower abdominal pain or infertility. The diagnosis needs to be confirmed by ultrasound or salpingography. In mild cases, Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with antibiotics can be used. In severe cases, laparoscopic surgery is required to clear or remove the diseased fallopian tubes.

In daily life, you should choose pure cotton breathable underwear and change it every day, and avoid using alkaline lotion to rinse the vagina. Regular work and rest can help maintain immunity and reduce the risk of infection.
