The surface of a man's penis should be smooth, but if a man finds small bumps on the surface of his penis for no apparent reason, he should pay attention because this is likely to be a symptom of penile hardening. After suffering from penile hardness, the patient will obviously feel pain when the penis is erect, which will also affect the normal experience of sexual life. So is there any good treatment for Peyronie’s problem?
How should you treat Peyronie's disease? Generally, the following methods can be used:
(1) Treatment with traditional Chinese medicine: Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease is mostly caused by liver meridian qi stagnation and blood stasis, so the treatment is mainly to promote qi and activate blood circulation, and to soften and disperse stagnation. You can use 9 grams of Cyperus rotundus, 9 grams of Chuanxiong, 12 grams of angelica root, 9 grams of red peony root, 10 grams of salvia miltiorrhiza, 9 grams of safflower, 9 grams of seaweed, and 9 grams of kelp. Decoction in water, 1 dose per day. If you have difficulty urinating, add 9 grams of Alisma and 10 grams of Psyllium; if you have erection pain, add 10 grams each of frankincense and myrrh.
(2) Partial sealing method: Use prednisolone or hydrocortisone acetate plus procaine. The dosage is determined according to the size of the induration. Generally speaking, the dosage at one time is 20 mg of hydrocortisone dissolved in 1% procaine solution and injected locally into the induration, once every 3 to 5 days. If the induration is too hard, you can first apply Fujining or Honglingdan for several weeks, and then perform local sealing therapy.
(3) Western medicine therapy: Vitamin E can be used 10 to 15 mg each time, 3 times a day. Or use placenta tissue slurry, 4 ml each time, injected subcutaneously or intramuscularly, once every other day, 30 injections as a course of treatment, which can promote the softening of hardened tissue. Patients with conditions can be treated with X-ray irradiation, laser, etc. In short, it can be completely cured as long as you persist in treatment.
