Five symptoms of delayed menstruation

    Teach you to identify the five major symptoms of delayed menstruation. The menstrual cycle is delayed by more than 7 days, or even once every 40-50 days, and occurs for more than two cycles in a row. Any lag is due to delays in the menstrual project, either due to lack of funds (less blood), insufficient energy, or blocked funding channels.

    Blood deficiency, menstruation: delayed, small amount, light color, thin quality

    Whole body: complexion is sallow or pale, dizziness, palpitations, insomnia, and even dull pain in the lower abdomen that persists and likes to be massaged, lips and tongue are pale, and the coating is thin and white.

    Kidney deficiency  Menstruation: delayed menstruation, small amount and thin menstrual period, dark or dull menstrual color.

    Whole body: lumbar and sacral pain, excessive nocturia, excessive leucorrhea, thin and pale color, or dizziness and tinnitus, pale tongue, thin and white coating.

    Depressed

    Menstruation: delayed menstruation, less menstrual flow, normal color or dark red with lumps, and poor discharge.

    Whole body: Mental depression, or low abdomen distended pain , or breast swelling, pain in the chest and hypochondrium, the tongue may be slightly dark, and the tongue coating may be thin and yellow.

    Phlegm obstruction

    Menstruation: delayed menstruation, light and mucus-like menstruation, and heavy vaginal discharge before and after menstruation.

    Whole body: obesity, dizziness, palpitations, abdominal distention, vomiting, and nausea. cough Excessive phlegm, poor appetite, little food, fat tongue with tooth marks, and white and greasy coating.
