　　〖Explanation〗 (1) Qihai. Qi, gaseous matter. The sea is big. The name "Qi Hai" means that the water vapor in the Ren pulse absorbs heat here and then vaporizes, swells and disperses. The material of this point is the weak water vapor coming from Shimen Point. After reaching this point, the water vapor absorbs heat, expands and disperses, and turns into the abundant Qi of the sky. This point is like an ocean of Qi, so it is called Qi Sea. The name and meaning of Qi Ze are the same as Qi Hai. Ze refers to the turbid state of the heavenly Qi in the acupoint.

　　(2) Neck. Neck, neck. Qin, the center. The name Nuchin means that the Qi and blood of the Ren meridian travel along the midline of the abdomen.

　　(3) Dantian. This is a Taoist term. Taoists regard the abdomen below the navel as the Dantian, hence the name.

　　(4) Xia Ming. Lower, lower part also. Xing refers to the Xing membrane under the heart. The substance in this finger point is lipid material. The name Xiayi means that the grease in the Qi and blood of the Ren channel is transported to various parts of the human body with the expansion and dispersion of water vapor.

　　(6) Arms. Shoulder, big arm, gathering of flesh, this refers to spleen earth. Qin, the center. The name of the acupuncture point means that the water vapor in the sky of this point also contains a certain amount of spleen earth dust.

　　(7) Ji Qin. Season, season ribs. Qin, the center. The name Ji Qin means that the strong Qi of the Ren channel will also be transferred to the Ji rib area with less Qi and blood.

　　〖Acupoint selection method〗The Qihai point of the human body is located in the lower abdomen, on the front midline, 1.5 inches below the middle of the navel. When selecting acupoints, you can lie on your back. Qihai point is located in the lower abdomen of the human body. It connects the navel and the top of the pubic bone in a straight line. It is divided into ten equal parts. This point is located 3/10 from the navel.

　　〖Anatomy〗 On the abdominal white line, the deep part is the small intestine; there are branches of the superficial epigastric artery and vein, branches of the inferior epigastric artery and vein; and there are medial branches of the anterior cutaneous branch of the eleventh intercostal nerve.

　　〖Indications〗 Abdominal pain around the navel, edema and swelling, fullness of the epigastrium and abdomen, indigestion of water and grains, obstruction of stool, incontinence of diarrhea, stranguria, enuresis, spermatorrhea, impotence, hernia, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, metrorrhagia, vaginal discharge, ejaculation, postpartum lochia, lingering afterbirth, exhaustion of internal organs, thin body, and weakness in the limbs. Gynecological diseases, low back pain, loss of appetite, nocturia, stunted growth in children, etc. This acupoint is one of the main acupoints on the Ren channel in the human body.

　　[Human body acupoint compatibility] Use Sanyinjiao acupoint to treat white turbidity and spermatorrhea;

　　Use Guanyuan point to treat postpartum lochia;

　　Use moxibustion at Guanyuan, Gaoming and Zusanli points to treat wheezing and shortness of breath (vital energy deficiency);

　　It is equipped with Guanyuan point, Mingmen point (heavy moxibustion), and Shenque point (salt-partitioned moxibustion) for first-aid stroke relief;
