I have met many girls who are obsessed with the "perfect score standard" before. They think that they must have an accurate cycle of 30 days, a menstrual period of exactly 5 days, and no pain at all to be 100% healthy. Otherwise, they have endocrine disorders or gynecological problems. In fact, this is not the case.
