4. Organize organic chemistry tests

A small amount of damaged tissue is taken for acid-fast staining, and antigens specific against human papillomavirus infection are used for coloring. If there is a viral antigen in the lesion, the antigen and antibody fuse. In the lactate dehydrogenase-resistant lactate dehydrogenase (PAP) mode, the nuclei may be stained bright red. This method is specific and rapid, and is helpful for diagnosis.
