In daily life, some people associate a man’s beard with sexual function, thinking that having less beard means poor sexual function. Does this make sense?

Having less beard does not mean poor sexual function

The growth of beard is closely related to the secretion of male hormones. If a person secretes more male hormones, his beard will grow longer and faster. However, beard growth is also affected by another important factor, namely hair follicle receptors. The more receptors the hair follicle has, the more "luxuriant" the beard will grow. Because of the existence of hair follicle receptors, men with strong androgen secretion will have different beard shapes. Those with more receptors will be thicker, while those with fewer receptors will be sparser.

Therefore, it is unscientific to simply judge the strength of sexual function by the amount of beard.

Eating more animal liver can promote beard growth

Animal internal organs contain adrenaline and sex hormones, which can promote the division and maturation of spermatogonia. For some people who have less beard due to insufficient secretion of male hormones, they can eat more of these foods in their daily life, such as oyster meat, beef, milk, chicken, chicken liver, egg yolk and shellfish, etc., to promote the secretion of male hormones and accelerate the growth of beards.

Of course, it does not mean that thicker and more beards are better. It depends on the person's appearance. Some people are more handsome without beards than with beards. However, beards only set off a man's appearance. It does not mean that having less beards will lead to poorer sexual function. In short, the strength or weakness of sexual function cannot be measured by the density of beards.
